| Good work at a fair price. My only concern was with the diagnosis. We were told that the brakes were 'shot'. My wife was afraid to drive the vehicle with that diagnosis. After the work was completed, the brake pads were returned to me and, in my experience, they showed at least 5,000 to 10,000 kms left. If the diagnosis had been provided with accuracy, then we could have delayed the work, and my wife would not have been afraid to drive it before the repairs were scheduled. We only drive the car about 10,000 kms per year, so potentially, this work could have been delayed for months. |

| As the cost of parts go up so does the cost for the labour to repair the vehicle in question, it?s only a fact of having a service based business. Too bad, for large jobs there is no rate discount. Albeit there were some jobs done for free by this business (which is superb) large chunks of cash generally are not laying about (other than what you?ve put aside for emergent situations. I guess I just need to recoil at my percentage of vehicles savings for service allocations. Otherwise I?m very happy with This company. |
