| Came in with the problem diagnosed. Was recommended to have a diagnosis anyway. Turns out my diagnosis was correct. Asked to have the diagnostic cost taken off my bill but was refused. Be happy with the revenue earned from the job. Felt like a cash grab. Was disappointed. Won?t be coming back or recommending for that reason. |

| Service went well. I should have asked more questions about quoting and labour costs though because the final price was significantly higher than expected, so just ask. |

| Was generally happy with the service. Not impressed recently when quoted over $1600 to replace front rotors, brake pads, and calipers when the rotors had been replaced twice within a year already along with the brake pads. Don't understand why I have to change the same parts for a third time in a year after they had been worked on by the same people already. |

| Excellent Customer Service provided by Kevin and his team. I was so impressed with the open and honest evaluation and workmanship on my first visit that I didn't hesitate to bring in another vechile shortly thereafter to be delighted once again. I would strongly recommend to give them a shot, they will make it right! |

| Second time they did some maintenance on our vehicle. They let us know everything that needed to be done and in the urgency of each requirement and let us decide what we would have done immediately and there was no pressure to do anything else right now |
